Tussen Heide en Bos is set up for: a nature getaway for 2, for hikers and cyclists, for visitors of the Elaisa wellness center who want to continue their wellness experience in nature, and for horseback riders looking for accommodation close to Sentower Park

Holiday homes Heidebos and Tussen Heide & Bos are located between junctions 33 and 34 on the Limburg cycling route network, the ideal starting point to explore part of Oudsbergen and its green surroundings. With us, you’ll mainly cycle through forests and agricultural areas on bike paths and low-traffic roads.
Our holiday homes are centrally located, giving you the opportunity to reach the following popular attractions within a day trip of 50 to 60km (round trip):

Hiking holiday
A hiking holiday in the heart of Hoge Kempen National Park.
The area surrounding the holiday homes is part of Hoge Kempen National Park, with beautiful, marked hiking trails that never get boring. Dunes, fens, heathland, grasslands, and forest alternate along the way.
The long-distance hiking trail of Hoge Kempen National Park passes right by our holiday homes. For our trail guests who want to enjoy an extra night of peace and space, we offer the option of having groceries placed in the house in advance (order at least 1 week ahead, no extra cost).
Hiking with children?
Het Joekelbos – a walk-and-play forest – is located one kilometer from the holiday home. Here you can go for a walk while the kids are entertained along the way with play equipment, water features, and other challenges. In addition, holiday home Heidebos has children’s bikes in various sizes (since ‘hiking on a bike’ is often more fun for kids).

Want to bring your loyal four-legged friend on holiday?
Both at Heidebos and Tussen Heide & Bos, you can bring your pet along and enjoy a carefree holiday.
Holiday home Heidebos has an enclosed dog meadow.
The surrounding fens (within walking distance) are perfect for your dog to cool off in the summer, and hiking routes are marked starting from the holiday home.
If you bring your dog, please note in advance that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms.
